2. Payment for eBooks

  • All eBooks listed on this Website are digital products.
  • Once payment is completed, the download link or access details will be provided instantly (or via email).
  • As these are intangible products, all eBook sales are final and non-refundable, unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.

3. Payment for Publishing Services

  • Clients are required to submit their manuscript before we begin work.
  • Depending on the project, a full payment or advance booking fee may be required before work commences.
  • Remaining balances (if applicable) must be cleared before final files are delivered or books are published.
  • Draft copies of covers, formatted pages, or essential files will be shared for approval before final submission.
  • Tools like Amazon KDP Cover Creator, NotionPress Interior Formatter, or other publishing software may be used. If a client chooses to use their own cover or formatting files, they must provide them in the required specifications.

4. External Platform Purchases

If you buy books through Amazon, Google Play Books, or NotionPress, their payment, refund, and delivery policies will apply. We are not responsible for payment disputes with third-party platforms.

5. Taxes & Pricing

  • All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
  • Taxes (if applicable) will be charged as per Indian government regulations.

6. Refund & Cancellation
