3. Refund Policy for Digital Products
All digital products (including but not limited to eBooks, digital planners, themes, templates, and plugins) are non-refundable once downloaded or delivered.
3.1 Reason
Digital products are intangible goods that cannot be returned once accessed. Once you have received your download link or file, it cannot be revoked or verified for deletion.
3.2 Exceptions
Refunds for digital products may be considered only under the following exceptional circumstances:
- Duplicate payment for the same order
- Technical issue where the product file was not delivered
- Incorrect product delivered due to a system error

4. Refund Policy for Services
Our services include book publishing, editing, formatting, design, distribution setup, website creation, and other creative support offered by Nitish Verma.
4.1 Service Payments
Payments made toward services are considered project retainers or advance fees to begin work.
4.2 Non-Refundable Work
Refunds are not available once a service has commenced or deliverables have been shared.
This includes:
- Time invested in consultation, planning, or research
- Partial work completed (editing, formatting, or design)
- Publishing or setup already initiated on third-party platforms
4.3 Partial Refunds (at Discretion)
In some cases, if no work has started, a partial refund (up to 50%) may be issued, subject to administrative deductions and processing costs.
5. Appointment and Consultation Cancellation Policy
5.1 Booking Confirmation

A minimum fee of βΉ20 is required to confirm your appointment. You may choose to pay a higher amount voluntarily.
5.2 Rescheduling
- If you wish to reschedule, please contact us at least 3 hours before your scheduled time.
- The decision to reschedule or postpone a call remains solely with Nitish Verma based on availability.
5.3 Cancellations
- If the appointment is cancelled by you, the amount paid will not be refunded.
- If the appointment is cancelled by Nitish Verma, you will be offered a rescheduled slot at no extra cost.
Refunds are only issued if the call is cancelled from our side and cannot be rescheduled.
6. Publishing & Music Distribution Cancellations
For book publishing or music/podcast distribution, once files are submitted and work has begun:
- No refund is applicable for any reason including change of mind or delay from your end.
- If we are unable to complete the project due to unforeseen circumstances, you may be eligible for a partial refund or service credit toward future work.
All such cases are reviewed individually and decided at our discretion.

- Refunds (if approved) will be processed through the same payment gateway used for the transaction β either Razorpay or PayUMoney.
- Depending on your bank, it may take 5β10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
- We do not issue refunds via cash, cheque, or alternative payment methods.
9. No Refund Situations
Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:
- Change of mind or dissatisfaction after purchase
- Product download or file access has occurred
- User fails to read product details before purchase
