2. Refund Policy for Publishing Services

  • Clients must provide a complete manuscript before work begins.
  • Once interior formatting, cover design, or publishing services have started, no refund will be provided.
  • If a client requests cancellation before work begins, we may approve a partial refund after deducting administrative and consultation charges.
  • Draft copies of essential pages, formatted interiors, and covers will be shared for client approval. Once approved, no refund will be entertained.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • eBooks: Orders cannot be canceled once payment is completed, as delivery is instant.
  • Publishing Services:
    • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (via email or our Contact Form).
    • If work has already begun (e.g., formatting or cover design), cancellation will not be possible.
    • If a client wishes to provide their own external cover or interior design, they must submit it in the required format. Responsibility for file quality lies solely with the client.

4. External Platforms

If you purchase books through Amazon KDP, Google Play Books, NotionPress, or other platforms, their refund and cancellation policies will apply. We are not responsible for disputes on third-party platforms.
